We have a 2,000 sq. ft. facility that is divided into two rooms. The front room is the fitness room. It is used for Boot Camp, yoga, and Zumba classes. The room has mirrors on the wall that make it easy for you to check your form and follow the instructor in any position.
The back room is a matted martial arts room. We have 884 sq. ft. of mats. They are 1.75 in. thick (the thickest in town). The mats make throws and take-downs safe yet allow them to match real life movements.
The facility is climate controlled for the comfort of the students. The rooms are cleaned after every class.

This is across the street from Alexander Lumber. The location is convenient to everyone. It is especially convenient to those working at State Farm South. There is plenty of parking. For those using alternative forms of transportation, the Constitution Trail runs past the front door.
